It’s nearly here – Youghal’s first ever Zero Waste Festival! Come on up to Youghal GAA on Saturday 1st October from 12-4pm and join in the fun!
There’ll be demonstrations – growing your own vegetables in small spaces; how to reduce plastic waste; no-waste cooking, keeping your bike in good repair and so much more!
Bring your pre-loved clothes for the Seapink Vintage clothes swap – and your reuse cup to get yourself a coffee with a 50c reduction! Bring your bike too if it needs a quick fix – Ulick will be happy to help.
You can enjoy drumming from Pat Coughlan (www.africandrumming.ie), watch a cookery demonstration from Oonagh Poynton and join in arts activities with local artists Martha Cashman and Eileen McGoldrick. And there’s a bouncy castle too!
Don’t miss the fun – join us on 1st and let’s enjoy taking care of our environment!
