The Rainbow Library: Cork Anthology was launched on 13th July 2023 at the West Cork Literary Festival. The anthology was created by young people from County Cork as part of A Pathways Project we participated in alongside young people from Belfast, Nottingham, Manchester, Basildon, Inverness and Glasgow. This project is coordinated by Pop Up Projects. The Cork Facilitators, Kel Menton and Kip Alizadeh, are also collaborating on their own book, which combined with new books from facilitators in the other six places will form a collection of diverse children and young adult books for children with LGBTQI+ characters, positive representations, age-appropriate themes and great, GREAT stories.
