- All Cork County Library premises including Youghal will be closed for the duration of the level 5 restrictions.
- Online service will still operate as normal – these include BorrowBox, which gives access to e books and e audio books, PressReaderwhich provides online access to
- thousands of newspapers and magazines,
- RB Digital which provides a wide range of online magazines
- Transparent Language which gives access to over a hundred foreign language courses
- Universal Class which again has hundreds of online courses ranging from business, I.T. crafts, health etc.
- A vast array of other resources such as Oxford Art Online, Oxford Music Online etc.
- Library membership is free and for those not already joined one can become a member by logging on to the Libraries Ireland website and following the instructions.
- Information on Touch Type Read Spell and other sensory equipment now available in Youghal Library is attached
- Recently delighted to receive an LGTB+ book archive from Hayley Fox-Roberts and our friends at Cumann na Daoine, very welcome additional resource now available at Youghal Library for which we are very grateful and which will be of great benefit.
