Last week was the first of two sessions given by Paulina of Woolly Crafts to the Spring Chickens Older People’s Club. The wonderful spread of colours in the wools were inspiring, and each member was shown how to work with wool, needles and cloth backing to make felted landscapes, which they were able to take home. Such beautiful images were created! The craft was simple and enjoyable and a great time was had by all – we’re looking forward to our second session with Paulina on Monday 4th November.

Spring Chickens always welcomes new members – we meet Mondays in CnD Café from 11am till 3pm with a hot lunch included.
