Youghal’s Blue & Green Community Network have unfortunately had to reschedule their Textile Trail and Soundscape Installation from this weekend (14th/15th Sept) to next (21st/22nd September), due to illness. Hopefully the 21st and 22nd will be sunny days and the staff and artists hope to see all who can make it, coming along to Claycastle beach and enjoying the work of visual artist Veronica Santorum and sound artist Daniel Clancy who have led the Pathways Climate Action project. You’ll get to meet the artists, chat about rising sea levels and what we as a community can do to address flooding and enjoy the rich artistic elements – in the natural elements – of this fantastic trail.
The ‘Pathways: Building Community Climate Resilience’ project is made possible by Creative Ireland through the Spark Creative Climate Action Fund.
