This support group is for parents and carers of LGBTI+ young people, along with their family members. We all have questions, want to share information and knowledge and most of all, support our young people on their journey. This is a peer-led group that provides opportunity to chat, ask questions and meet other parents with similar experiences.

The group is for the parents and carers – we hope to have the Fab Friday LGBTI+ Youth Group back up and running at Foroige in the coming weeks.

In the coming months we will have online presentations from, for example, BeLonGTo LGBT+ Youth Services and others – this month, on Thursday March 6th, we’ll be coming together and part of the chat will be to acknowledge what parents would like to see happen throughout the year.

The group meets from 6 – 7.30pm on Thursday March 6th at Cumann na Daoine.
