Here at Cumann na Daoine, we’re happy to now be a drop-off point for a valuable initiative – the Hygiene Drive. Thanks to local young woman Julia Skiba and her Gilded Petal Project, we are providing a space for donations of hygiene materials – details below. Materials collected will go to the main Cork Hygiene Hub, from where they’ll be distributed to people in need.
Products We Collect
We collect new, unused, in-date personal care and household cleaning essentials – including deodorant, shower gel, shampoo, make-up, nappies, toilet roll, laundry detergent and surface cleaner. If you use a particular item, chances are someone else needs it too.
Items can be dropped off to the stand in CnD Community Cafe any weekday between 9am and 4pm.
