Getting Grounded – Chair Yoga starting soon!

We often hear that Chair Yoga is just for older people or women. Or that it’s too easy and won’t help you become stronger or fitter. But no!
Chair Yoga is for anyone and everyone. By moving the body and working through a range of mobility, flexibility and strengthening practices we can improve our range of movement and build strength. By moving slowly with awareness we use muscles rather than momentum.
Moving with breath can promote a calm mind.
