Feel Good Fridays – Ready to help your mental health?

You’re invited to take part in a Feel Good Friday webinar that is happening this Friday, 9th October from 10am-1pm.

It has been developed by the Community Service Connecting for Life Committee as part of Cork Mental Health Week and will involve video input from SHINE, LINC, TVG and the Samaritans along with a Mindfulness session and Singing for the Brain taster.
