February Keep Well Workshops

The West Cork Wellbeing Network invite you to take a morning break at home & join them for their February Keep Well series of online events. Workshop details and booking links are below.
Please note that these are small group workshops and places are limited so please only book in if you think you can commit to attending. Ideally, we would like people to commit to all 4 workshops in a series, as if people drop off, we could be left with a small group by week 3 or 4 with spaces that could be filled by other people.  But if someone was very interested in the gardening one on Mondays for example and could only make 3 of 4, that would be fine.

Creativity and Calm in the Garden with Kloe Wood from Two Green Shoots

Over 4 Mondays in February you will take part in a series of simple seasonal projects such as sowing sweet peas and crafting bird feeders.
