Youghal Community Health Project is running a new men’s health programme – Connecting with Men Youghal.
‘Connecting with Men’ is a free 6 week health & wellbeing programme for men, a way improve your health in a fun and social way
There’s a different activity to try each week; Activator Poles for Walking, Chair Yoga & Mindfulness, Pen to Paper: Creative Writing, Explore the Greenway with Electric Bikes, Pitch & Putt and a group outing on the final week.
All materials will be provided and no experience is needed for any of thee activities.
