After much reflection, this year’s Committee have decided to not go ahead with Youghal Pride by the Sea 2024. It was a difficult decision to make, but we acknowledge that without greater, committed support from both the community and businesses in the town, it is a huge challenge for a small number of people. Instead, we have decided that with the support of Cumann na Daoine, we will be running a series of events from September 2024 – May 2025 which will bring together community members and local stakeholders, with the aim of developing skills and ensuring a sustainable, vibrant celebration in 2025 and onwards.

The programme of events, ‘Always Proud’ will be publicised on social media and through regional LGBT+ organisations. We hope that you will join us in this and help make Youghal Pride 2025 bigger, brighter and stronger than ever before!
