If you get a call regarding any medical treatment, please DO NOT give any financial or personal details. Instead, end the call and ring your own GP or hospital and check whether the call is real.

These hackers will ask for bank or other details: DO NOT give any details over the phone.

The HSE will NEVER ask for financial details over the phone.

So if in doubt – hang up, and ring your GP!
