Cumann na Daoine’s Towards Occupation Programme Autumn/Winter 2014 (funded by DSP & SECAD) is designed to assist people who are in receipt of a social welfare payment or non payment to develop the skills and confidence to move into education, training, voluntary work,employment or other directions. Participants are supported to explore a range of new skills and set achievable goals whilst also focusing on confidence building, communication skills and increasing self belief.

The course:

• Provides a combination of flexible one-to-one support, guidance and training to people

• Facilitate participants to identify their own personal occupation requirements and the pathways to achieving them.

• Identify suitable progression routes.

Cumann na Daoine are now taking names for this course which will run two mornings a week for 12 weeks from October to December 2014
