Today is the International Day of Older Adults and we’re inviting older people to join us for afternoon tea and a discussion on The Journey to Age Equality. From 3 – 4.30pm, hope to see you there!

Tomorrow sees the start of a new group – the Youghal Friendship Group! At 7.30pm on Weds 2nd October this group will meet for the first time: a great way to make new friends in easy, informal surroundings. Men and woman are all very welcome, we hope you can come along!
