Well now we have week 3 of our CnD Keeping Well Initiative completed… We surpassed ourselves this week with a few new members stepping in lol plus achieving higher personal steps too which has brought our total steps this week to a whopping 730,538… AMAZING isn’t the word… So so proud of everyone… We are finally In The Groove now 8 more days left in November to see what we can smash… Keep moving everyone… Below is just a few highlights of our walks & the amazing photos ever yone is taking..
