Zumba Gold is a 45-minute class of Dance & low Impact Exercise.  Easy to follow.  Great Music & Lots of Fun.

It is perfect for Active adults of all ages who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves at a lower – intensity.  This Zumba Gold class will improve your fitness levels, cardiovascular, flexibility and balance.  You won’t even realise you are working out.

An Art Workshop for Easter Time

This is a creative art workshop combining collage techniques and painting.  Each person will come away with a unique and colourful art work of their own.  It is designed to be fun and accessible to all, using themes from nature to celebrate Spring and the Easter season.
